Return & Exchanges

Your business is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact Customer Service and follow these steps:

Step 1:  Get An RMA#:

Contact Customer Service at 1.877.401.7917, ext.704, and you will be given an  RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) so that we can process your return or exchange. All returns MUST receive an RMA # from customer service prior to returning an item(s).  RMA #'s are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.   NO REFUND or EXCHANGES will be granted without an RMA #.   Powerful Living Corporation will not be responsible for any returns received without an RMA #.

Step 2:  Return all products in like new condition with original packaging if applicable. Once we receive your complete returned package, we will process your refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.

Step 3:  Shipped your returns using a major carrier and provide us with the tracking #.

Please Note:  Replacements and refunds will not be shipped until exchanged merchandise is received.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return your purchase within 15 business days and receive a full reimbursement, minus shipping and handling charges . Please allow 30 days from the date of your request to receive your refund. If you are not happy, we are not happy.

If your order was placed by credit card, a refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned merchandise, less shipping charges. Please allow 30-60 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, or a refund check to be processed and mailed. Open accounts will be credited upon receipt.
