A Journal . . . is not a diary. You don’t have to write in it everyday. You write whenever you choose and however you choose. Write, draw, paste pictures or attach meaningful quotes.
A Journal . . . allows you to plan and organize your thoughts and feelings. It is also a perfect place to reflect on your current life circumstances and record events that are important to you.
A Journal . . . is a place where you don’t have to be perfect. There are no right or wrong answers or judgments. You don’t need perfect spelling or perfect handwriting. You don’t need complete sentences or complex thoughts. This place is for your eyes only. You choose if you want to share the contents with others.
A Journal . . . is a place for you. A safe place where you can be who you are, who you have been and who you are becoming.
So, if you have been journaling all of your life or have recently been introduced to the idea, I invite you to fully explore the beauty and power that journaling can bring to your life.
